Millican Pecan Pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 pork chops
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning.
Process pecans in a food processor until ground. Combine pecans, salt,
pepper, butter and lemon juice. Pat pecan mixture on both sides of
seasoned pork chops. Place in a greased casserole dish. Cook in 375
degree oven for 30 minutes.
