Quick Cherry Cream Parfaits

1 cup milk

1 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp. Almond or Vanilla extract

1 small pkg. Vanilla instant pudding

1 -22 oz. can of cherry pie filling

1/2 cup Millican Pecan Pieces

Combine milk, sour cream & flavoring in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer for

2 minutes. Fill parfait glasses with alternate layers of pudding, cheny pie filling & pecans.

Cover with plastic wrap before refrigerating. Before serving, top with whipped topping if desired or a cheny from the filling.
