Strawberry Nut Cake

1 cup oil           2/3 cup buttermilk 2 ‘/2 cups sugar            2 1/2 cups flour 3 large eggs      1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla     1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. butter extract       1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. red color 1 10 oz. box chopped strawberries 1/2 cup Millican Pecan Halves   ½ tsp. strawberry extract Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl & beat with electric mixture for 3 minutes. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour or may take a little longer.  may be baked in a 9 X 13 pan for 35 minutes; then iced with cream cheese icing.
